I'm a sales professional turned CEO!  I have years of experience in the areas of sales, management, recruiting and customer services.  I've spent years working with both retail and high-tech companies such as Dell Computers, Kelly Services, NII Communications and Lowe's Corp.

My introduction to financial services was in 1999 with Combined Insurance Company of America.  It was a grassroots, door-to-door adventure.  I must say that I truly value the lessons I've learned from those early experiences.  It was an initiation into this industry which has helped solidify the drive, the persistent tenacity, which carries me today.

The financial services industry, in many ways, has changed allot since my early days.  As in most every venture there have been many potential setbacks and moments of decision, but I have navigated over & around many pitfalls and have grown my brand in the industry.  Still, the most important lessons that I've learned are to be Honest and Genuine, Knowledgeable and Decisive, Hard Working and Persistent and to Respect and Value my Customers by meeting their needs.  That's My Way... the TE Financial Way!
